高华强，男，1955 年 6 月出生，陕西省西安市人。现为国家一级书法师、中南海国礼中心“国礼艺术家”、文化部文化艺术人才中心特邀艺术家、人民美术报理事会副主席、中国诗书画家网艺术家委员会副主席、中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员、西安中国书法艺术博物馆研究员等。
从事书法研习五十多年，编著书法艺术研究方面的书籍三部。创作的《十二生肖像形字》等诸多书法作品获国家知识产权。书法作品先后收录于《一代书画大师》、全国中小学美术教学参考《中国书画实力名家鉴赏》、《新中国美术编年史 1949-2014·书法卷》、《百年中国书画史》1840—2015 近当代名家作品选集、《中国历代书画名家大辞典》、《艺术福布斯.世界艺坛标榜人物》、《世界美术家大辞典》等三十多部大型书画文献和诸多报刊;毛泽东词《沁园春. 雪》、《自强不息厚德载物》、《百字福》、《十二生肖像形字》等书法作品先后 5 次收录于中国邮票。
书法作品在全国、省、市多次获奖，并在北京、山东、云南、青海、香港、韩国、迪拜等地展出，被法国、希腊、新加坡，吉尔吉斯斯坦、新西兰、喀麦隆等国家政要和人民大会堂、国家外交部、国家博物馆、八达岭新长城(镌刻)等国内外诸多单位、个人收藏。
被授予“中国书画名家”、“中国新长城优秀艺术家”、“国礼艺术家”、“新时代人民艺术家”、“新时代杰出艺术家”、“中非文化交流使者”、“世界华人书画艺术家金牌获得者”等称号。
Gao Huaqiang, male, born in June 1955, from Xi'an City,Shaanxi Province. I am currently a national first-class calligrapher, a "National Ritual Artist" at the Zhongnanhai National Ritual Center, a specially invited artist at the Cultural and Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture, ViceChairman of the People's Fine Arts Daily Council, Vice Chairman of the Artists Committee of the China Poetry and Calligraphy Painters Network, a member of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the China Couplet Society, and a researcher at the Xi'an China Calligraphy Art Museum.
I have been engaged in calligraphy training for over 50 years and have authored three books on calligraphy art research.Many calligraphy works, such as the "Twelve Zodiac Characters"created by him, have obtained national intellectual property rights. Calligraphy works have been successively included in"A Generation of Calligraphy and Painting Masters", the National Primary and Secondary School Art Teaching Reference"Appreciation of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Strength Famous Masters", "New Chinese Art Chronicle 1949-2014 Calligraphy Volume", "Centennial Chinese Calligraphy and Painting History" 1840-2015 Selected Works of Contemporary Famous Masters, "Dictionary of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Masters throughout the Ages", "Art Forbes: World Artists List", and "World Artists Dictionary" More than thirty large-scale calligraphy and painting documents, as well as numerous newspapers and magazines; Mao Zedong's calligraphy works such as "Spring and Snow in Qinyuan", "Self Strengtheningand Virtue Carrying Things", "Hundred Character Blessings", and "Twelve Zodiac Symbols" have been included on Chinese stamps five times.
Calligraphy works have won numerous awards at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, and have been exhibited in Beijing, Shandong, Yunnan, Qinghai, Hong Kong, South Korea,Dubai, and other places. They have been collected by many domestic and foreign institutions and individuals, including dignitaries from France, Greece, Singapore, Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand, Cameroon, the Great Hall of the People, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Museum, and the Badaling New Great Wall (engraved).

On May 6, 2023, in the "Spring Breeze Cup" commemoratin the 45th anniversary of the reform and opening up, the National Excellent Art Works Selection Activity was held. Three works,including "Twelve Zodiac Symbols", "Qinyuan Spring and Snow"in square seal script, and "Qinyuan Spring and Snow" in cursive script, were successfully selected and awarded the "Most Collectible Value Award" by the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Art Guidance Committee.
On June 20, 2023, Gao Huaqiang's 17 calligraphy works were included in the theme "China Postbook" commemorating the 130th anniversary of Mao Zedong's birth, titled "Artist of National Rites" and "Artist of the People in the New Era".
In June 2023, the calligraphy work "Twelve Zodiac Figures and Characters" was collected by the National Museum.
On August 4, 2023, the calligraphy work "Longteng Qifu" was collected by the Embassy of Cameroon in China and awarded the honorary title of "Ambassador of China Africa Cultural Exchange".
